Scenario


I am trying to add a (New) Parcelforce integration. After entering the details and clicking Next, I get this error message:


Error received from Royal Mail API: PostingLocationCode: OBA registration failed - Posting Location Number (PLN) is not linked to the Account Number.


Solution


This error usually means the PLN entered is incorrect.


Go to the OBA website > Administration > User Profiles, and check the PLN registered with Royal Mail. Make sure it matches what you entered.


If the PLN is correct and you still cannot add the integration, create a ticket with Linnworks Technical Support and include a screenshot of the User Profiles page.
