Scenario


I am trying to add a (New) Parcelforce integration. After entering the details and clicking Next, I get this error message:

Error received from Royal Mail API: AccountRegisteredEmail: OBA registration failed - Registered Email Address is not linked to the Account Number


Solution


This error usually happens if the OBA email or the account postcode is incorrect.

To fix it, go to the OBA website > Administration > User Profiles, and check the email address and postcode registered with Royal Mail. Make sure they match what you are entering.


If they are correct, check whether any other postcodes are currently or were previously linked to the account.


If everything looks right and you still cannot add the integration, create a ticket with Linnworks Technical Support and include a screenshot of the User Profiles page.
