Scenario

A customer would like to send an item back and I would like to provide them with a prepaid DPD France return label.

Solution

DPD France integration provides an opportunity to print a return label from the Linnworks side.

To set this up, go to Shipping > Integrations > Services > Edit the Service in question > in the newly opened window, you will find two settings: Return Type and Expiry:

Return Type allows you to pick between two options - On Demand and Prepared.

Expiry option allows you to specify for how long the return label is valid. The minimum value is 6, the maximum value is 180.
