Scenario

A customer would like to send an item back and I would like to provide them with a prepaid DHL eCommerce UK return label.

Solution

DHL eCommerce UK integration provides an opportunity to print a return label from the Linnworks side.

To set this up, go to Shipping > Integrations > Services > Edit the Service in question > in the newly opened window, you will find two settings: In Box Return Label and Return Account ID:

If the In Box Return Label box is ticked - it will print an in-box return label with the shipping label.

If the In Box Return label is enabled, additionally, you would need to enter the return account number that DHL eCommerce UK provided in the Return Account ID field.
