Shipping - EVRi Business (myHermes): Access denied for customer

I have tried printing an EVRi Business (myHermes) shipping label and am seeing an error returned:
Access denied for customer.
This error typically means that the invoicing is not enabled on your account. Please get in touch with your account manager to get this resolved.
