Problem

I have tried printing a DHL shipping label and am seeing an error returned:

151: Consignee segment City Mandatory Required error 

Solution

The error is being returned because the system is unable to find the value in the city field of the shipping address. It is mandatory to have a city present for all DHL shipments.

In order to fix it, go to the Edit order tab and add the city manually.
