I am updating my inventory item details and have a lot of old Extended Properties added to the items. How can I identify all items that have a certain Extended Property added and can I delete them bulk?

Solution

You can use Dashboards > Query Data > Query Type: Extended Properties to receive a list of all of the Extended Properties added to your items, or filter it by SKU or Extended Property name.

To remove Extended Properties in bulk, you can use the specified Delete Extended Properties import by modifying the same file received from the above-mentioned report to only contain the EPs/SKUs containing the EPs you want to remove them from.

If there are only a few EPs on one or a few specific SKUs that need to be deleted, then this can always be done manually one-by-one in My Inventory > Product Details > Extended Properties tab.
