Scenario
I have a published item on Walmart.com but I want to retire the listing and do not want this item to show anymore on Walmart.com. What should I do?
Solutions
- Go to Walmart Listing Tool and Click on the 'Listed' Tab
- Find the item that you want to retire
- Click the Option 'Retire' in line with the item
Note: allow up to 24-48 hours before it is completely deactivated and unpublished from Walmart. Also, setting the inventory to zero will quickly make the item unavailable to potential customers.
Retired items are not displayed on Walmart.com, but their content stays intact in our/their system. You can't reuse/relist the SKU or Product ID from a retired from the 'Retired' tab
