How does Linnworks handle US Postcodes where DPD is the assigned courier?

Solution

All postcodes submitted to DPD for the United States will be truncated to the first five characters.

Example: Postcode of the buyer is '12345-6524'. Only '12345' will be submitted to DPD when the label is requested.
