Usually, this has to do with connection issues between your Linnworks database and your computer. The error can be the result of a firewall or antivirus settings that are blocking websites from accessing your printer settings. To resolve this, please try the following:

  • If you are using any web tools, such as AdBlock, within your web browser, please try to either disable it or add to the list of exceptions.
  • If you are using any antivirus or firewall programs, try switching them off, as well.
  • Whitelist the following in your router's firewall settings:   


You may need to contact your ISP to whitelist it on the router.
