Normally, this has to do with connection issues between your Linnworks database and your computer. This can be the result of firewall or antivirus settings that are blocking websites from accessing your printer settings. In order to resolve this, please try the following:

- If you are using any web tools, such as AdBlock, within your web-browser, please try to either disable it, or add to the list of exceptions.
- If you are using any antivirus or firewall programs, try switching them off, as well.
- You will also need to whitelist the following IP addresses in your router's firewall settings:
