Sears will only provide SKUs via their API connection for active inventory (listings that have available stock). If you are missing any SKUs in your Channel Mapping screen, please check Sears backend for the stock levels. Listings with no stock will not appear in the mapping screen.
To correct the matter, try adding a stock level to the listings and refresh the Channel Mapping screen (Settings > Channel Integration > Edit channel details > Listings > Download listings).
Once the listings appear in the screen and can be linked to Linnworks inventory, the next occurring inventory sync will update the listings on Sears with the correct levels from Linnworks.
