Parcel Force worldwide integration

Trying to integrate parcel force worldwide but keep getting this message "Enter Details Stage" even when all of the boxes are filled in.


Any Ideas ???

Have you entered the Username, Password and Contract ID and clicked Next? Does it give you any errors when you do so?

Yes we have and all that comes up is an error message saying enter detail stage.

The actual error seems to be 'Failed to validate user details with ParcelForce'


Could you please ensure you are using the correct credentials in the integration, as per this document: https://docs.linnworks.com/articles/#!documentation/parcelforce-add-new (Step 5)?


If this still doesn't work, please raise a ticket for our support to investigate further, and confirm the Username you have been entering in the ticket.
