Have you tried "Channel Items" export, it should give you more relevant information, especially if you apply filtering.

We want to export a file "ONLY THOSE ITEMS THAT ARE LISTED ON A CHANNEL XYZ" not all items that are not listed,
And we want item details, specific to that channel like titles and descriptions that are already live.
What we have tried
1- Export > Channel description
2- Query Data > Channel Information
These exports give us all the items from inventory, even those items that are not listed but we want only those items that are listed.
