Please can you add support for local pick up orders from Shopify. Currently, the orders come through to Linnworks and can be filtered using rules which is workable. Once you process a 'local pick up' order, Linnworks sends Shopify a notification that the order has been "SHIPPED" and not the correct notification "order ready for pick up", the customer will incorrectly receive a notification to say it has been shipped.
Could there be a setting added to the integration to disable notifications to the channel if the shipping method equals "local pick up"? Stock management is still required though.
We recently swapped to a shopify website and this issue is causing real confusion with our collection customers. Linnworks are unable to help, has anyone found a work around for Pick up orders?
(Once processed incorrect email is triggered from Shopify)
