Amazon multi channel fulfilment - Multiple listings linked to same SKU

Hi, This week I’ve moved an open order to Amazon fulfilment centre. However, today when I checked the status of the order I saw an error message that there isn’t stock in the fulfilment centre, when I know for a fact that there is stock. Then I noticed that there are two different ASINs on Amazon that are both linked to the same Linnworks SKU. Both ASINs are the same identical items, but Amazon used the ASIN that didn’t have any stock to fulfil this order and therefore they couldn’t fulfil the order. Is there any way to get past this? Can Linnworks try to identify if there is more than one listing for the same SKU and tell Amazon to use the listing that has stock? Thanks IK
