As far as I can see you have managed to re-authorise your eBay channel, could you please confirm that all your orders have been downloaded into Linnworks? Also, I have noticed you have not migrated the channel to the new eBay API. Please go to Settings > Channel Integration > Edit Channel Details > Migrate to new APIs.

eBay integration expired while I was away on a holiday, I've tried to re-authorise it couple of times, bur wasn't successfully authorised.
My issue now is that all orders were not synced during this period. I've tried couple of times to follow the steps online to retrieve the orders, but with no hope.
I've followed the steps below:
Settings > Channel Integration > Edit Channel Settings> Order sync date ....
Please advice if anything can be done to get all missing orders back.
