About a month ago all unpaid orders are parked automatically "so that you do not process the unpaid orders by mistake" as support said.
But it killing workflow with cash on delivery orders. They are not paid but must be sent. Workarounds like manual butch unparking is not an option.
We need an option to turn on such helpful feature.
We can spend some time to manually watch cod orders and unpark them (to be transferred to external shipping system processing) but after some point it will be more efficient to find channel management other than Linnworks.
