We reported this error 13 days ago to which we were told
"I have checked with our development team, and they have confirmed that this fix is scheduled for next week. Sorry for the inconvenience this causes you"
We are currently still unable to use the listing functionality of the software and having waited 13 days with still no update is becoming a joke.
We have listing we want to start through linnworks but can't due to this fault.
I can see from your ticket that you have managed to list the item now.
