Add images to order notes
This would also be invaluable to us. Being able to show our packers what issue caused an order to be resent or exchanged would make things a lot simpler.

Is it possible to add images to order notes? For example, if the product has been returned back to us as undelivered or unclaimed. It can also be returned not in an appropriate condition. We can take an image and add it to the order notes.
