We are getting "500 Server Error" when trying to access


Hope you are well and thank you for getting in touch. Please be advised that there are currently no issues with both linnworks platforms and the processes are running smoothly.
We were able to access your account from our end which would typically indicate that there are connectivity issues on your end.

Please make sure that your network and/or ISP are not experiencing connection problems. If you have further questions regarding this problem we can convert this post into a support ticket and continue our investigation from there.

This is a quick update to let you know that we did in fact identify an issue with our services. The problem looks to be intermittent and affects only a part of our user base.

Apologies for the misleading initial reply to you post. I have escalated the issue to our development team and our status page has been updated to reflect the problem. (
