Very Poor Service From Linnworks

Has anyone else seen a decline in the quality of service from Linnworks recently?


I have two support tickets open at the moment. One has been open for two months, the other for over a month.


One is stopping updates to my eBay categories and the other prevents me from adding variation listings to eBay.


Having exhausted all other avenues, I contacted Callum Campbell yesterday who told me he would reply to me before close of business today but I have heard nothing.


I've been a loyal customer of Linnworks for three years and I am appalled by the way I have been treated. It's costing me sales and no one at Linnworks seems to care.


Update:


I have received a call from Callum Campbell who assures me that a fix is on its way.


Hopefully we can continue our successful relationship with Linnworks.
