I would like to be able to run the reports and have them include the cost we have actually paid for shipping/courier services so I can understand the true cost to each order. At the moment I can only see what the customer has paid for shipping, so do not know how this relates to what we are actually paying until we get the invoice through from the couriers at the end of the month.
