We use FC locations to manage orders sent to 3rd party fulfilment centres. On occasions, usually due to a failure in ftp transfer, FC's do not pick up the orders exported from Linnworks. Currently, there is no easy way for us to see if orders exported to an FC are in their picking queue. There should be a way to receiving notification from an FC that the order has been imported and is in progress. This would happen prior to the notification of dispatch. The reason this is so critical is that FC's usually provide notification of dispatch at the end of the day. At this point it is too late to rectify any problem orders that require same shipping to keep delivery promises.
