im getting same error and its not downloading my ebay orders since last week friday. i am on community plan and it does not give support. so i guess linnworks is forcing us to buy plan so that we get support and £180 per month is bit too much for me. so i will then have to switch to click and drop. because i cant contact linnworks team to solve this problem.

Hello,
Is anything being done to improve what errors are reported and whether they are relevant to us sellers? For example under various categories I get error messages similar to this:
Sql error: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server) Error num: 53
or
Synchronize orders for |Step : Syncworker start Error: STEP: eBay Sync initializer: ERROR: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)
The errors means nothing to me and is not something I would expect to be able to fix. I check my marketplace accounts and all seems OK but I have also seen other errors that report events such as throttling or updates not being made, but a subsequent entry then shows the task was successful.
There are some errors that are useful and require me to fix the issue, but the sort described above are largely a waste of time (for me anyway). Can something be done to better categorise errors that require an end-user's attention (and time, since it takes a couple of minutes each error to wait for the page to load and then work out if you need to, or can, do anything about the error).
thanks
