I often want to search for an old support ticket by Topic title. I find my self scrolling though many tickets to find the correct one and now live chat threads are posted on support tickets it makes it even more time consuming

Often I cannot find the ticket if it was discussed some time ago and I have to start explaining the issue from scratch
