stock added to an sku on linnworks not showing on any amazon channel

we have found skus that when we add stock to the stock level on linnworks this quantity is not always transferred onto amazon,

anyone else had this issue if so how is it fixed, have asked support but as of yet had no response


At the moment I can see that each Opened ticket in regards to Amazon inventory sync is replied and solution provided. In case you are still experiencing any problems, please let us additional reference samples in one of those tickets, so we could look into this further.
