It would be nice when a user clicks "ADD NEW" extended property in the extended property tab, 

the new blank extended property row would be added to the top of the table(list) where it would easy to access.

Currently, the new row is added to the bottom of the table, 

which requires scrolling down to the bottom every time a new extended property is manually added.
