Linnworks Desktop - Error validating Linnworks Anywhere account

Linnworks desktop was working fine this morning, but when I went to reopen the program later I received the error message "Error validating Linnworks Anywhere account: Account does not exist or password is incorrect or the system has been removed from the cloud servers." I checked on linnworks.net and the user information is still there. I attempted to reinstall, however it won't accept the login information stating that the email or password is invalid, which it's not because I used it to login to linnworks.net to double check the details. We have several users and I attempted to use those details as well but it also rejects them.

Thanks for raising this. We had a couple of reports around 5 minutes ago of the same issue with logins via the Desktop application specifically, but it now appears to be resolved. Could you try logging in and confirm if it's working as expected?
