Please try logging out and logging back in and check if you can view Open Orders now, the issue should be fixed now.
In the meantime please do not de-select Folder column from the Open Order Views as that is causing the issue. Permanent fix for it is already in development.
My apologies for the inconvenience caused,
I had to de-select "Folder" in order to accommodate item details in the same page, it has broke again....Can you please fix it again - I won't be touching it again? However, folder wasn't there earlier and also Item sold's Name was showing fully in the column - now it is truncated. Can you please also help with this?
Open Orders screen is fixed now.
With regards to the other issue, could you attach a screenshot please that demonstrates the issue?

I have attached the screenshot....As you can see from the circled area....under the Items Column, Lot of space is wasted between picture placeholder and Item name. Also for those items which are not in LW Inventory, SKU is not showing (? showing instead). Earlier, the space was just enough to accommodate all relevant info + Non-linked SKUs were also showing (probably) + Folder Column was not appearing.
Can you please fix this? Also - if it is possible for Shipping Information Carrier Name to wrap to next line rather than truncate?

This is to let you know that our developers are aware of the issue and this is in the queue to be fixed as well.
Open Orders tab was working OK, after clicking Folder option, it has now started giving following error...
"Column 'FolderName' does not belong to table Order"
Now, Open Orders doesn't work and always keep giving above error.
Can you please fix it?
