Edit Processed Orders Bill Address

Hello,

We use Amazon FBA primarily, and are currently using Linnworks to issue invoices.

We often get customers providing VAT numbers and bill addresses which differs from the information in Linnworks.

I would like to be able to edit the billing address field only on processed orders so I can accommodate these requests.

Hello,

It is not possible to amend any details on the orders that have already been processed due to Linnworks default configuration.

You can get a driver to convert the invoice into a WORD document and then amend it yourself. It is the work around we are having to use. As you get those international buyers not inputting the correct billing address on eBay or Amazon. Really they need to make it much clearer on those channels, so that buyers put it in while ordering.
