Refund Shipping Cost When Processing A Return


When booking/processing returns using the Returns / Refunds feature it only gives me the option to refund the product cost, not the shipping cost, as you can see here:

This means that when I receive a returned product, I have to manually enter the shipping cost refund amount as you can see here:

This is an extra step & is unnecessary. 

I could just click on 'Refund Complete Order' from the Refunds button first, but then when processing the return I would need to manually zero the product cost which could lead to human error, as well as being an extra, unnecessary step.

Can Linnworks add the option to refund the shipping cost when processing the return.
