We are setting up Email Notifications on linnworks.net for the first time. We've used linnworks desktop without any issues so far so know how to set the email forwarding up.
The issue is, linnworks just cannot seem to send the emails form linnworks.net. On the email account test, after a long "loading" screen, it simply says "Failure sending mail".
We know all the details on the settings are correct - the same as the working desktop version, double checked with email provider and if we purposely put the wrong details in, it comes up with a different error completely ("Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: This domain is not hosted here").
We are using 123reg as the email provider, and wondered if anyone else has ever had this issue with them before (Ticket support are adamant it's 1223reg and not them), or if anyone on another provider has also had this issue before?
Of course any solutions would also be greatly appreciated!

Hello,
Thank you for raising your concern.
As I can see, you have a ticket open with one of my colleagues who replied to you with some suggestions.
Please double check it and let me know if you have any questions.
