This most likely happened due to something interrupting the connection during synchronisation. Often it relates to an error with security protocols used.
Looking at your synchronisation logs, I can see that this error was returned once yesterday and did not occur since then.
Such and similar errors can be returned from time to time. They are usually one time issues and the next synchronisation picks up what was missed in the previous sync.
In case it would be returned multiple consecutive times or affect a significant amount of syncs in a day, that would be an indication that something is not quite right with the communication between Linnworks and the selling channel.
