This is just to let you know that regarding the issue with Rules engine not picking up the Action name in Chinese there is now a ticket raised on your behalf and we will notify you as soon as that will be fixed.
Regarding the mapping however, this tool will not support Chinese characters unfortunately, so that is why the question marks are being returned instead.

I have imported listings from eBay where the SKU contains Chinese characters
The characters in Chinese were imported to Linnworks as ??? (question marks)
Chinese input strings also also saved as ??? in the Rules Engine, where I added some conditions and actions and named them in Chinese
The conditions named in Chinese actually display in the correct encoding, but actions are saving in the wrong encoding
It would be great if this encoding issue could be addressed so I can start mapping the SKUs from current listings to the Inventory and create various automation rules in the Rules Engine
