Hello,
This order is located in your Default location, meaning that it will be checking the Stock of this SKU in your Default location as well.
If you wish to fulfill this order via FBA it must be moved to the FBA location within your Open Orders screen.
After reviewing your setup I can see that everything works as expected and the only problem you have is the fact that order is in Default instead of being moved to FBA location.
If you wish FBA To fulfill such orders automatically, please move such orders via Right Click Order > Action > Bulk Change > Move to Fulfillment Center > FBA location name.

Kirill
Thanks for the support.
I now understand how to correct the order, but I don't understand why this order is referencing the Default location instead of the FBA location to begin with?
Hello,
All orders are assigned to default locations unless instructed otherwise. If you want for your WooCommerce orders to go to FBA location you would have to create a rule within your Rules Engine that would assign orders to FBA locations based on the Source Check.
If you go to Order Book > Rules Engine you'll see a Test Rule that I partially created for the Source Check. I have not assigned any action to it yet, but if you want all orders with Source = WooCommerce to go to your FBA location then please finish the rule by clicking "Add New" within the rule next to the Source check and assign an action to it.
You can read more about Rules Engine and how it works here: http://www.linnworks.com/support/order-book/rules-engine

Thank you.

I have an order (102560) from my woocommerce shop for SKU MU-KZIW-VRTF.
I have set up Linnworks to automatically fulfill the order from my Amazon FBA inventory.
I have stock of the item - it appears in Linnworks <My Inventory> with stock.
However, the order is not processing. It appears in Open Order --> Ready to Process and indicates that there is no inventory available, but there is.
This is a recurring issue. How can I force it to fulfill from my Amazon inventory ?
Thank you.
