Hello,
I saw the ticket you opened as well and if I'm understanding correctly that you simply have items in stock in two different locations, you can use the location mapping functionality under Settings - Channel Integration, then second button on the right hand side, to enable certain locations to sync inventory (meaning stock levels) from. Please see here for further information about location mapping http://www.linnworks.com/support/settings/channel-integration/location-mapping.

Hi Joonas,
Thank you for your comments, I think you have misunderstood the issue or I haven't explained it properly.
I have 2 SKU's for several of my items in Linnworks because I use 2 different suppliers to source my products. I have a default location which I use to sync stock levels and there is no other location. Both the supplier use different product codes and provide stock levels using their own product codes. I can only use 1 SKU to create a listing and then link it to linnworks inventory. I want to know if it is possible to keep selling that item if 1 of the supplier have it in stock and stop selling it when both are out of stock. Currently I am only able to use 1 suppliers stock levels as 1 listing cannot be linked to 2 Linnworks items.
I am not sure if it is possible to have 2 suppliers for 1 Linnworks item, make 1 suppliers as default but be able to sync stock levels for that items based on both suppliers?
I hope I have explained the problem clearly.
Regards
You don't need to use two different SKUs for one item with several suppliers, this is why there is a Suppliers tab in item details. http://www.linnworks.com/support/inventory-management-and-stock-control/my-inventory/managing-inventory-items/suppliers Every supplier can have their own separate supplier code to be used on a purchase order or import when you are taking stock in. It is recommended to use supplier codes instead of separate SKUs, since only one SKU can be linked to a single listing. A listing will not be stopped if stock from a particular supplier reaches 0, only if stock from a location that is syncing stock levels reaches 0.
Now if you wanted to track two separate stock levels, then you could use one SKU in two different locations, but if not then feel free to ignore this.

Hi,
I have 2 suppliers for the inventory I sell but I am not sure how can I keep selling that item when it is in stock with any of the 2 suppliers and stop my listing when both are out of stock.
Both suppliers use different SKU's in their inventory files and only 1 SKU can be linked to a single listing. How can I link stock levels from 2 different SKU's to 1 single listing?
Asked linnworks team and they had no clue, recommended to use forums to see if someone else had a similar issue and have managed to come up with a creative solution! Any idea how this can be done?
