Use the Linnworks Service Portal to find services offered by Linnworks partners, discuss your requirements, and purchase services. You can also track conversations and projects, share documents, and leave a review when the work is complete.
Create an account
- Go to the Linnworks Service Portal by following the link: https://services.linnworks.com/
- Select Sign up in the top-right corner.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your account.
Once you have registered, you will return to the homepage, where you can browse available services.
Find a partner
- On the homepage, select Find a Partner to browse partner listings.
- Use the service categories on the left to narrow the listings to partners who offer the services you need.
- Select a partner to view their profile and learn more about their services.
Send an inquiry
Contact a partner to discuss your requirements before purchasing a service.
- Open the partner’s profile.
- Select Send an inquiry.
- Describe the service you need and complete the requested details.
- Submit your inquiry.
Manage messages and projects
Select Inbox in the top-right corner to access your conversations and projects.
Open a conversation to:
- Discuss your requirements with the partner.
- Share documents and supporting information.
- Review an offer.
- Follow the progress of your project.
Accept an offer and pay
When you are ready to proceed, request an offer from the partner. The offer will appear on the right side of your conversation.
- Review the offer and confirm that it matches the agreed service and price.
- Select Accept offer to proceed to the payment page.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment.
You will receive confirmation when the payment is complete.
Confirm completion and leave a review
Once the partner has completed and delivered the service:
- Open the project from your Inbox.
- Select Confirm Project Complete to confirm that you have received the service.
- Rate your experience and add a review for the partner.
- Submit your review.
The partner can also leave a review of their experience working with you.
