Linnworks not processing orders woocommerce orders

I use amazon FBA to fulfill my WooCommerce Store orders.

My Woocommerce Store has two outstanding orders for the same SKU- JI-556F-EZ8G

Linnworks - Inventory shows that I have stock.

However, the Linnworks - Open Orders - Ready to Process - indicates that I have no stock and the orders have not been fulfilled.

Please advise.

Thank you.

I forgot to mention that I do in fact have stock at Amazon.

Also, the Woocommerce Store inventory is updated by Linnworks, and it also show that I have stock.

Thanks.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out. It seems that Amazon took a bit time to fulfil the orders but I can see that both Woocommerce orders were fulfilled at 4:30 AM (UK Time). However, if you processed the orders yourself and still have an issue with this then please let us know.

I tried to do it manually.

I went to Linnworks - Open Orders, then right click process order.

However, I still don't see the order in my Amazon Account (Seller Central).

I just had another order come in , same SKU, SAME isssue.

And I still don't see the previous two orders processed in Amazon Seller Central.

What is going on ?

thank you ?

It seems that orders from my WooCommerce Store are not fulfilled automatically from my Amazon Channel. Can this be done ?

Hello,

Did you send the orders to Amazon location by right-clicking on them and choosing Action -> Bulk Change -> Move to Fulfilment Center -> FBA location. Woocommerce orders will always download to the default location and if they are not sent to Amazon FBA for fulfilment (by changing the location) then Amazon wouldn't be able to fulfil them. It seems that the previous two Woocommerce orders were not sent to the Amazon location.

If you still need those orders to be fulfilled by Amazon FBA then you would need to create direct orders on your system and then change the location to Amazon FBA. In addition, you also have one Woocommerce order in open orders which could be sent to Amazon FBA by changing the location again.

Hope this helps. Please let us know if this solves the issue for you.

Thank you for the support.

I am still a bit confused.

I had one open order that I processed with  Amazon FBA fulfilment using the method you specified.

Is there a way to automate this?

When I click edit channel location in the Channel Integration area of my Woocommerce site, it does not give me an option to change the location. The Ebay Sales Channel does, but the Woocommerce site does not. So, how to change the default location of Woocommerce site fulfilment ?

Thanks.

Hello,

The last order that you sent to FBA seems to be working as expected (audit trail contains the correct data now). With Woocommerce order you cannot change the order download location at the moment.

However, if you download Linnworks Desktop and then go to Order Book -> Open Orders -> Right-click on any order -> Configuration -> Order Automation -> Add From Template -> Order assignment -> Assign to Location -> Assign to Fulfillment Center -> Next. It will then as you to specify the source, the subsource and the FBA location name, after which the script is set up and if you then enable "AutoSync" for the script then it would run without you having to actually access Linnworks Desktop and it would assign the Woocommerce orders to FBA location automatically.

 Hope this helps.
