A mixture of Self Hosted and EPS pictures are not allowed

Hello Karl,
Thank you for brining this to our attention.
Usually this error occurs when you already have pictures uploaded directly to eBay and then you try to push an image from LinnLive. So the URL of that image is different to the ones LinnLive is sending. This causes a conflict on eBay end and they return this error.
There are two options: either untick an additional image in LinnLive, save the changes and update the listing so that none of the images are selected in LinnLive; or tick all of the listing's images, save the changes and update, so that all images are sent to eBay.

I have had issues with adverts missing the click and collect option. I was told by ebay that this was due "A mixture of Self Hosted and EPS pictures are not allowed". I only use linnworks to upload my adverts and pictures so not sure how there can be a mixture.
This error also only seems to be present on my variation listings. I will paste ebay's response below.

It was really nice to talk to you earlier. Regarding for your concern, I was double confirmed with our technical team for items which is not showing click and collect as a delivery option.
We found that items with a mixture of Self Hosted and EPS pictures which are not allowed to apply the change on click and collect.
To resolve this issue you need to re-upload or upload new images of the items and manually tick the box " Buyers can collect the item at Argos with Click & Collect. Learn more" when you revise the listing. It should works.
