It seems Linnworks tries to exist in a perfect world sometimes. Assuming that the correct buttons are going to be pressed at the right times every time and that we will always be able to follow the dictated processes that Linnworks allows. In reality, human errors do actually occur (shock horror!). Every now and then a refund might be actioned by mistake, or an order might be processed incorrectly. Sometimes a customer might need to change an address after we have processed it, even though it hasn't actually been picked up by the shipping company yet. These are just some of the examples of where human error can happen but there's no way to undo things. We can't unprocess an order or reverse a refund for example. It would be great, even if it's only available to Super Admin users, to have some way to correct things when these unfortunate human errors happen.
