If Tracked services do not appear in a drop-down menu in your Royal Mail Tracked integration, then it means that these services are disabled on your Royal Mail account. Please contact Royal Mail support regarding this to enable services that you want to use. Once enable you can go to your Tracked integration and find services in a drop-down menu.
We had RM standard services integrated into Linnworks a few months ago. We have then tried to add the TRACKED services, but when these are integrated the service selector is totally blank.
I would be really grateful of any assistance with this. I've raised this with Linnworks but they have refused to help because im currently using the free version of the software.
