If you highlight text, to replace the text with new text, and your mouse pointer is not hovering over the browser window, then you cannot input new letters. This is mostly a issue with multiple monitors and high screen resolutions. ie. changing your listing search text and the mouse drags past the window, because the text box is on the left edge of the window.
