Set per item Ebay Postage costs using Extended Properties within LinnLive2 Ebay Configurator

Currently each configurator can only have one set of postage information. Using extended properties would allow every item to have configurable postage costs.

After thorough consideration, we've decided not to separate shippings for each listing. Instead we will give you the option to change configurators.
