When mouse over the order status / flag area. Instead of repeating what's shown on the screen already ( ex: order #, invoice printed....) It would be much more useful to show the order note instead. Currently, there is no quick one click way to view the order note. Ability to quickly view order note can cut down man hour in order processing.



Order note should be also be in the front page of order detail as well. If it's not important, we or the user wouldn't bother to make a note on the order.
