New Ticket


I love your ticket system and how it communicate with the customer. I was wondring if you can implement the same system to LW where the customer can open a ticket and the system will pull all of the customer information and purchase history.

My self , I'm ready to pay an extra fee for this service and I think that all LW users wont mind to pay for this service since it will solve a lot of problem and make comunicating with customers from different channel a lot easier

This request doesn't fit in with the scope of our development plan so is not something that we will be implementing.
