It would be very useful if all emails from eBay and Amazons message centers came to one central point in Linnworks (similar to cloud commerce pro) and could be answered from there directly back to the channel (and update buyer on LW at the same time)
Also email templates could then be used to answer repetitive questions

It would be beneficial if we could send these invoices and other after sales emails to customers directly from processed orders.
