This can be completed through custom script. There is a Macro script template that will send you an email with items below their minimum level. If you need something a bit different then contact our support team and they will be able to quote you for such functionality.

We have some high selling items that we sell a lot of each day, and occasionally we sell out of all of stock - to reorder the next day. When this happens our eBay history is completely wiped - so a warning when the item is close to running out of stock would be very helpful - rather than having to physically check it.
