Allow for an extended property to be created (ie. EBAY_BLOCK, EBAY_DO_NOT_POST) to prevent items from being listed.
Reason I ask is that we sell catering equipment and it wouldn't be the first time that I have inadvertently listed some 8" cooks knifes onto eBay. When I'm pushing 1,600 listings at a time I simply cannot allow this to happen.
Similar in fashion to the existing EBAY_READONLY property the new property would, ideally, prevent the listing from being posted to eBay - at all unless the extended property was removed.
