Set up SMS notifications with Parcel Force. At present this system does not work. Although the SMS notificaction is setup on our Parcel Force account, they say that Linnworks is using an older version of their system.
With this system setup, it will take away customers chasing their deliveries as the Parcel Force SMS notification gives them a 90 minute delivery window, it also allows them to change the delivery date or address if they are not in to receive the parcel.
I cannot see we are the only company using Parcel Force so it would benefit others.
