Supply emails to DHL Easyship when processing shipments

After speaking with DHL today it is apparent that the Linnworks transfer data to DHL Easyship is not including emails for customers.

This means that DHL is not sending out pre-notifications of delivery to customers. This has caused me problems with customers not knowing they have a parcel coming! After 2 weeks they contact me asking where their parcel is - then its either on its way back or stuck in a depot....all because a simple transfer of data was not done from the start.

Its an easy fix - the data file needs to have 2 copies of the email with a "1" in front.
